Bummer to add to the chorus of people who reviewed before...I didn't look at reviews when I called them as an electrician referred them, but their time/materials were twice the cost of the prior well company I used (they worked OT without checking in with me), and they damaged a pipe when they turned the water back on which meant I had to tear up my flagstone patio to fix (and then charged me for the fix!). Be careful if you have work done by Arolo. Get an estimate detailed with unit cost before they start - they only want to give verbal lump sum. I was given a ballpark of $3,300 for the worse case scenario; a 25 gpm pump, 5 hours just to pull 200' of galvanized pipe, more to put it back, etc. They email you a paper "estimate" to sign when they have the pump out, still no detail, and won't proceed until you sign. They will attempt to charge you for time when their employees are at the yard & travel to your home. They even attempted to charge me a $300 rental fee for their own equipment they used to try & locate a leak ($1200 total with labor for 2.5hrs) - and they did NOT find the leak! I had another co. come out for $500 and they found it. They also had to come back out to tighten fittings that THEY installed and w... read more
