I want to commend AROGA Lifestyle Medicine and in particular Dr. Sonieya Nagarajah, for delivering a very engaging and useful series of sessions on everything from diet to mindfulness! I appreciated her composed yet engaging manner in which she discussed the material and health issues being presented at each session; and also actively sought feedback from the group employing those experiences to draw links to her key lifestyle messages.
The team at Aroga Lifestyle Medicine - and specifically Dr Sonieya, have been an amazing addition to my health providers. Recommended by my cardiologist, after years of weight struggles and the gradual additions of more new medications. Dr Sonieya provided a presonalized program that is flexible but effective to taking me out of the food funk I was in, gave me a new approach - Down 20 pounds and the quarterly blood tests are showing improvement to ultimately reduce/eliminate some of the medications. Really enjoyed the materiel presented by Dr Mangat. I’m certainly more aware of the 8 health pillars and I’m now adjusting my lifestyle for a longer healthier life.
I’d like to give a shout out to AROGA Lifestyle medical. I have been with the practice for a while now in conjunction with my GP. Along with regular appts., offer on line courses to guide and give tools to understanding how your health, if you take seriously can be happy, better mobility, healthy with longevity through easy simple things that are achievable to steer towards making some changes to benefit aging gracefully.
