Absolutely thrilled with the provider I was referred to here, Dr. Erin English and the reception. Despite some technical issues with the Telus CHR site, the very sweet woman in reception was able to help get us connected for our virtual visit. Dr. English was kind, very patient, thorough, and ‘met me where I’m at’ which was a breath of fresh air, especially when dealing with sensitive matters. A huge and sincere thank you to the receptionist(s) and to Dr. English for helping to get me back on a better path with my health.
Dr.sharp is so amazing. We always feel heard and he explains everything so well !
This place is terrible. As others have mentioned, it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. They give you option “zero” to press to reach doctors that are not listed on their vocal directory but it’s doesn't even work. Dr.Ghuman is a new doctor who took in new patients but unfortunately has no empathy at all. The consultation was not thorough, they forgot to take my blood pressure and the conversation about my health was as if I was a nuisance to her. Do not recommend coming here if you are looking for real care.
Erin the receptionist and patient coordinator for Dr sharp is a wonderful and friendly addition to the practice and goes above and beyond when assisting you. Dr sharp is a wonderful physician, He has helped me with my mental health treatment,never gave up on me as a patient and have been seeing him since I was 13. His bedside manner is a refreshing feeling and he truly makes you feel heard! I've been seeing Dr. Stephen Sharp for over a decade, and I am happy to say he is a phenomenal physician. To start, he does not push unnecessary drugs/treatments on his patients. He focuses on a lifestyle-first approach in order to restore a patient's health and vitality, and will prescribe whatever necessary, when necessary (and he's good at gauging it too).
