They are very unprofessional their lines of communication is horrible. They don’t inform the client what is going on with their services. I had to call several times to see why I wasn’t receiving my services, the manager is very dismissive when you’re trying to explain what’s going on with your situation and I would not recommend this company to anyone for getting assistance for their self order, a family member!!!
Nobody showed up to take care of my father in almost 6 weeks no contact whatsoever from the office or the workers. I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
