Aro Community Service has truly been the best thing to come out of a life-changing situation with my paraplegic son. From day one, they have been consistent, helpful, and professional in every way. Kennedy absolutely loves his aide — their bond and care mean the world to us. The team always goes above and beyond to make sure his needs are met and that he feels supported and cared for. They are very unprofessional their lines of communication is horrible. They don’t inform the client what is going on with their services. I had to call several times to see why I wasn’t receiving my services, the manager is very dismissive when you’re trying to explain what’s going on with your situation and I would not recommend this company to anyone for getting assistance for their self order, a family member!!!
Nobody showed up to take care of my father in almost 6 weeks no contact whatsoever from the office or the workers. I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
