Arnts is the best! So easy to deal with, I don’t bother with any other landscape supplier. Both the yard and office staff have great customer service. You can get anything you need here!
The customer service at this place while courteous is atrocious in the way of waiting in line with two cashiers and 10 clients waiting to be served. They don’t feel the need to serve the customer as important as they should as I was checking out after 25 minutes in line there were four employees in the back office laughing giggling, having fun amongst themselves there are businesses trying to make a living and this place is very very inadequate when it comes to customer service try to avoid and go to other locations that can... read more
First time here, last time here. I just needed 3 cubic feet of crushed stone to finish a project. Came here, there is a hut that says stop. Guy tells me DO NOT go to the bulk area. Go in the office FIRST. I wait in line for 20 minutes. Ask for bags for fill yourself crushed stone. I am told I need to know the exact product name. How should I know what it’s called here. The desk worker says they don’t know what is there. How can I know the name without looking? I’m not waiting another 30 minutes. Awful customer service.
Great people to deal with from sales desk to yard staff
