I made the mistake of going somewhere else to have a zipper replaced on my winter coat which was a disaster. Arnst was extremely professional, timely and affordable. They were able to fix the holes, mend the butcher job, and replace the snaps. I just wish I had gone to them in the first place! Thank you Arnst Zipper for your great work.
Tina is awesome extremely helpful and did my coat awesome!!! Took my coat in with one expectation and she said she had a different way to do it. Picked up a couple days later, I totally love the way she did it!!! I’ll take my items there anytime:)
