I would not recommend , I’m at 440 Clarke road , the building is insanely dirty, unsanitary, property manager does not care as she does not live here so it’s not her problem , past few weeks I have unfortunately had to walk through spills, dog piss and dog pee smells , complaints go un answered and ignored , if you are paying market rent , go elsewhere , the extra $200/300 will be worth it , I promise! A bunch of inconsiderate out of touch four-letter words.
Friends have been double charged for rent and waited months for repayment while starving. Very poor communication between management and tenants.lack of phone manners an very ineffective communication ! Beware!
!!! WARNING !!! To future tenants, homeowners. Arnsby is the management but somehow they hold different standards as each Arnsby managed property has their own specific board. This means they may take care of one set of units and not others, so forth. This review is pertaining to 320 Westminster Condo units.
