I went to this location after experiencing mild pain in my groin, which I though was due to possible UTI. The woman at the front desk told me to go the ER and that they would not see me. I explained that I do not have health insurance and this was not an emergency in any sense. She was very rude. Do not recommend.
Very negative attitude and current person answer phone was snotty rude and unprofessional on 7/14/25 at 1.40. I just said never mind and went somewhere else
Turned away at 12:27 because they wanted to close at 12:45 but I had already received confirmation before and after this event that they were supposed to be open until 1 o’clock. The people that we walked in behind were taken to the back to seen as they were turning us away.
As someone who has had negative experiences in the past with urgent cares or walk in clinics, I am very weary about going to a walk in clinic when I am sick. The PA who saw me, Sarah Matera, was so friendly, thorough, and listened to all my concerns. She let me explain everything fully with no interruptions, she asked plenty of follow up questions to ensure she understood my situation, and she completed the most thorough exam I have received at a walk in clinic.
