Michael Gilbert arrived promptly and exactly when promised, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my clogged drain. What really impressed me was Mike's clear communication. 10/10 recommend. Mike was very professional and polite. We have an older home with steep steps, not the easiest to get drain snakes down. He cleaned out our drain and just didn't feel comfortable with how far he was able to go, so he came back with a second guy to use the longer snake and did obtain more tree roots. The price was extremely reasonable for all the work that was done. We have used Arnold Sewer Services in the past and will definitely continue to use them!
