Always very professional , explains what is wrong and what I can do to help make things work better.
We used Arnold's in a pinch once. Great service that time. Old condenser unit needed replacement. Just had issues with the A/C at our new house. Called Sunday night, they had a tech at our house by 09:00 Monday morning (non-emergency). Had a capacitor replaced, unit was thoroughly cleaned, filter checked, plus the service call = $147 & change. No up-sell, no runaround. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else based on the exceptional service we've had.
Had a great first meeting with Rick, he is knowledgeable and very nice. Looking forward to working with his company for many years.
Our A/C went out and I have a daycare. With babies, A/C is a must with this heat wave. Arnolds understood the urgent need to get it replaced. They fit us in quickly and got our air conditioner replaced. They use quality product and did a quality job. I am very pleased. Our house is very comfortable now.
