I recently noticed a leak in my kitchen floor, after calling numerous plumbers I called Arnold’s for advice. It was the best decision I made. They came out that afternoon, found the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes! The two gentlemen who came were very courteous and professional. I can not say enough about this company, Connie in the office, the two plumbers who came out and the way they treated me knowing how upset I was about the situation. I will use Arnold’s for any other problems that may arise!
Arnold's had a crew come out and use their camera to look into our line plug. They found some cracked piping and we were going to have them come and fix it. But now they are not returning our calls. Tried to call them 5 times to set up for them to come to our house and fix our line with no response. Their answering service answers the call and they say they will pass it along but we do not get any response from Arnold's. Very unprofessional response to a local customer that just needs their plumbing fixed.
Have used Arnold's since my 20s ( 40+ yrs) and have never been disappointed. They take care of their customers. Everyone is so professional amd go over an beyond.Thanks so much for helping us out today.
Great plumbers. Willing to help me buy some 3/4” copper tubing so I wouldn’t have to buy a 50 or 60 foot roll.
