I just moved in to my apartment and the same day I moved in there was maggots in the refrigerator. I was told that a fly flew in there and laid eggs, these maggots were mature and there were many. (see attached) I then tried taking a shower and there is black mold in the tiles of my tub/shower and it does not drain. If you think it cant get worse than that less than 24 hrs later of moving in we found bed bugs. A lot of negative things have been said about Arnold’s Park and Tzadik Mngt., but I believe they’re making the effort to change the culture here. My maintenance guy Alex was top notch. Professional, courteous, quick, and proficient. The request I made to replace a faulty light fixture was fulfilled. Excellent job. Problem solved
