RecommendedDoes a great job every time I need them.
I paid extra due to it being a rush order which I was TOTALLY okay with. However, the day before I was supposed to leave I called at 11am to check on my dress, and it was not even started. I stopped in at 430 where I was told he would call me when it was done, very short and rude. I called at 645pm because there hours are until 6pm. Again, rude and was asked "didnt I tell you I would call you?" finally around 8pm I got a call it was done, and owed money again, reminded him I had already paid. I've been to Arnold's several times now and each was an excellent experience. I called ahead and explained my needs and when it was confirmed that they would be met, I stopped in. I was greeted warmly as if I had been a long time customer and after a few minutes I was given suggestions and information about what it was I had come for. Our first visit, and what a pleasure. E2 waited on us, and he did a wonderful job! I am very pleased so far, and will pick my items up after the alterations are finished. YES they do alterations too! There aren't many shops like this anymore in America. Check it our for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
I can’t believe this. I drove almost an hour because I heard the owner was good at repairing leather. I got there a little after noon and the lights were on but the front glass doors were locked. I thought he might be on lunch so I sat around for 20 minutes until 1pm. Not a soul in the shop at neither the front or rear entrance. I called both phone numbers and they rang and rang.
