He Had my moms ring since August to make into three necklaces for my daughters Christmas gifts as a keepsake. He kept telling me two more weeks he was trying different ideas , then calls me on December 5 to tell me he can’t do it. Very disappointed even had to ask for all the diamonds back he was coming up short , don’t even know if I got the right ones back.

He is rude and classist! He re- did a ring for us a few years back and acted like he could not be bothered to do the work for us. I would steer clear of!

Shopped at several commercial jewelers for an engagement ring and was disappointed and felt the experience was not very personal. I then came to Dan and couldn’t have had a better experience. Dan asks and cares for what you desire and goes out of his way to deliver exactly what you want.
