This week i had a Jacuzzi walk in showers installed by Arnolds Home Improvement. Believe it when told it can be done in one day. From start to finish it has been a wonderful experience. Initially Mark met with me to review, select and order the materials and finishes. He was very informative and I appreciated that our meeting was not a "hard sell". Contracted for a new walk-in shower to replace old shower and bath tub. Job was supposed to take one day, it didn’t get completed until the next day. Caulking was not applied uniformly, sliding door is not square at either end of adjoining walls along with damages to existing assets. Additionally the clean up was almost non-existent.

Would never trust these clowns anywhere near my property. They have no clue what they are doing and will charge you an astronomical amount for the cheapest material Ive ever seen in my life. That's assuming the job even gets finished in the first place because their turnover is so high. Some of the worst, most amoral people I have ever had the displeasure of engaging with. Save yourself the headache my aunt went through and choose literally anyone else.

I got 3 estimates and was most impressed by the rep and product from Arnolds so I went with them, they just completed my roof and gutters and it went very smoothly and stress free.
