I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this glass company. As owners of several properties in Central Kentucky, we chose to support a local business for the installation of new windows. Unfortunately the installation was subpar. After expressing my concerns, the owner personally inspected the work and agreed that it did not meet the standards he aims to uphold.
