Car died an hour from home. Called AAA given a 2 hr wait time. 10 min later tow truck from Arnold's was there. Friendly tow truck driver gave us a ride to the garage along with the car where they proceeded to fix the car immediately. Whole process took less than 45 minutes from call to AAA to fix. Great garage, great friendly people, would recommend to Arnold's to everyone.

Called AAA, had 2 hour wait time. Went outside at this time to wait for driver. 10 minutes later returned inside and had voicemail from driver. Called back, was told by driver that my address didn't exist (shows up on GPS) and my road wasn't plowed (just plowed). "I'm going home. I'm done. I'm not coming out." Explained I had no way to get home. He complained that he had been on hold with AAA for too long, had a long day, and refused to come to my location. I've been using Arnold's for work on my 1968 Scout. My brakes went out near their shop this past spring, and after talking to AAA the guy who towed me, and reading some online reviews, I was assured they had a solid reputation from most people. There will always be the few people who send in nasty reviews.

This shop is great! I don't live in the area, but I've had a breakdown in CT twice now and they bailed me out both times. They made the solution easy and quick and got the work done right. That can be a rare experience these days.
