Great customer service. I joke about the fact that ever since I got my bike, I find myself just stopping by to hang out.
They really care more about you being on your bike for years then a quick sale. Helpful and friendly. They helped me get some repairs and equipment I needed that others wouldn't help with. It's fun just to drop in and say hello.
