I was given an estimate of 2.0 hours to install 4 Bilstein shocks. I also requested an oil change and signed service ticket. When I picked up the vehicle I was charged 3.0 hours for the shocks, $60.95 for the oil, and $8.95 for the filter and 1.0 hr for the oil change. They had made service ticket changes over my signature. When I protested, the owner shouted at me, said he would only accept cash, and would charge me $50 a day until I picked the vehicle.
