Super good experience. Got me in immediately. Great with my cat and thoroughly explained everything. Girls at front were very sweet. Thank you! Coming back with my other kitty soon :)

Our family went there today with our beloved lab Lacey. She is 14 years old . We knew it was coming and she had to be put to sleep. Dr Leigh and Shannon were by far the most compassionate people during this process. They allowed us hours in an exam room to say goodbye, wait for other family members and go over our options . We left there obviously with a heavy heart but so appreciative of their kindness.
Dr. Hemmer was my vet for almost 20 years. I "inherited" him when I adopted a cat whose records were at Bay Country. My first impression of him was that he listened closely to my concerns, addressed them, explained why one course of treatment was better than another, and would always answer truthfully when I asked what he would do if it was his dog or cat. Michelle at reception is perfectly welcoming and made me feel at ease with my injured cat. Shannon the technician is an amazing all around person - can't say enough good. She made us all feel comfortable and it was clear she loves what she does! I felt prepared by both Michelle and Shannon by the time the vet, Dr. Hendler, came to care for my cat. She was kind and efficient. This is a great animal hospital! Friendly, caring and good at their jobs! Thank you!
