While we appreciate them coming and repairing our issue quickly, they did not accurately charge us. We were charged for 3.5 hours of labor and paid almost $500 in labor costs for a $175 part. The technician did not make contact with the general manager, whom requested the call originally and was on site. The technician claims that he was asked to wait for the refrigerator to be accessed until after our breakfast hours, due to how busy we were.
