No availability for new patients. The evaluation specialist insulted my intelligence within 5 minutes of the evaluation made me feel bad about homeschooling. Evaluation started 10 minutes late and waiting room was completely packed which overstimulated my son too many noises and people in one small area.My son has ADHD he is on high end and Autism. Great customer service, from all of the staff and they are easy/nice with the babies.
Este lugar es el peor que hay para llevar a tu hijo/a, no te lo recomiendo. Si van a cargar tu seguro médico $1500 por 30 minutos de terapia tú esperas resultados, todo lo contrario la primera terapista que tuvo mi hijo no se sentaba en el suelo porq ella decía que estaba muy mayor y ya ella no hacía eso, la segunda terapista estaba embarazada y no quería quitarse la mascarilla porq se le podía pasar algún germen 🦠, no entiendo como ella pretendía hacer terapia del habla con mascarilla puesta. We absolutely love this amazing Rehabilitation Facility! From the front desk to our dedicated therapists, they have all been so helpful and sweet. Ms. Rachel (OT) and Ms. Lena (PT) are truly God sent. They have showed so much love and care to our little WonderWoman. They are not afraid of her medical condition/equipment and truly works hard to give her the best quality of life possible. Thank you!
My team has been more than just therapists they are my family they way they care for my son not just when he is there when he is home at school there are all involved From Ms Johana Ms Krystal and Ms Morgan Those are Isai other parents. When they advise me to do something I do it because it’s for the betterment of him. From way he was at 3 months old to now 3 years old is a testament that God is real and my family at Orlando Pediatric Rehab are his angels doing his good work I love them forever.
