One star. I never imagined I’d be writing this about a children’s hospital, but what happened to my son and our family was heartbreaking and unacceptable. My 13-year-old son has been receiving chemotherapy at Arnold Palmer since December 2024 for a brain tumor. On May 15, 2025, while he was actively getting chemo, hooked up and mid-infusion, I was pulled aside and handed a dismissal letter, effective immediately. Why? Because I advocated for my child.
