Took my one year old to get lab work and I was pretty nervous. I don’t remember their names but the staff was amazing, it was over in no time. So grateful
Most likely one of the worst ER you can go to. I am literally not just writing this because i am mad, but because i want to avoid anyone else going through what i went through with my daughter. Even if you have to drive 30 mins to another hospital, it is worth it rather than coming here. Believe me, if you are reading this, be prepared to wait 4+ hours before being seeing and also expect to look for nurses because no one will come to your room unless you say something. The Blood lab at Arnold Palmer is AWFUL- the people there are kind and nice so they are great but the billing is horrid. Unless you want to pay an arm and a leg do not go!!’ They charge your insurance $1000 for basic bloodwork!!!! Awful! Quest charges $200 ($23 after insurance for us) and Arnold Palmer charged over 1k for the same thing?!?! Stay away!
