Being in severe pain is scary. And I have to say that this team is so kind and thorough - from the front desk to the doctors. They bring down the stress and listen. Highly recommend, and thank them for their kindnesses. Pain is hard. But care matters. And in a time when systems are stressed, I was especially grateful for their smiles and listening. They cannot fix everything but are doing what they can to make my life better, and I am grateful for the help and the way they do their work. Gentle and supportive.
Truly hellish experience every appointment. They cancel all the time on you, but you show up 5 minutes late, your fault. Want everyone on a different page to get nothing positive done? Come here!
If you really have pain...try another hospital. Poorly managed clinic.
It's always nerve wracking going in for a procedure but it makes it a little easier when all the doctors and nurses are lovely! Just had my 2nd procedure done with Dr. Dadabhoy, Dr. Remotti and Dr. Lu. They helped me feel calm throughout the procedure and I felt comfortable thanks to them and the wonderful nurses and ultrasound operator. I would definitely recommend this pain center.
