Dr Weg is awesome! He knows his stuff. A colleague who has used him for many years recommended Dr Weg and I am eternally grateful to her. When you are in his presence, it can only be described as a virtual hug. Thank you Dr. Weg for your wonderful care!
My appointment was scheduled for certain hour. I am one hour and twenty five minutes waiting so far… clock keeps ticking.
Dr. weg is fine. It’s his front desk that have the nasty attitude problem. I cancelled my appointment twice and rescheduled due to unexpected life incidents. I do not like rescheduling my appointments but life happens. The front desk lady (I’m not sure who it is) in a rude manner stated that every time I cancel “it messed up her day” I am someone who works at a shelter and I’m constantly under stress and triggered do happens. I have been going to Dr. Weg for many years. I have even began to see both, Dr. Arnold Weg and Dr. Russell Weg. They both have impeccable bedside manner, are very thorough, and never rush you out. They take their time to answer every question with care and concern. The staff has always been helpful and kind even while being so busy. They greet you nicely, genuinely ask how you're doing, and follow up. I highly recommend this practice. You will be in the best care.
