I met Dr Wagner in action while being at a friend's delivery 25 yrs ago. I witness a beautiful delivery, a Dr so caring and gentle and a patient trusting his guideneness and expertise like no other person in that room. 6 yrs after I was that patient having the same feelings under a very difficult delivery. I am a doctors daughter and moved to USA. Dr Wagner became my emotional security. No words would ever express enough my gratitude and appreciation for his care throughout these yrs.
