Dismissive and judgemental. Not at all interested in helping me with diagnosis. No thank you. Found great Rheumatologist at NKCH (Dr. Sabih), her diagnosis and treatment plan working.
I’ve been a patient of Dr.Katz for like 5 years now. He is empathetic and a good listener, very behind the time with technology though. Sometimes the wait is super long and that’s never fun. They use all paper files. The receptionist Rebecca is great she’s super helpful and very nice. However every single month it was extremely difficult getting my prescription refilled, he always approved it days late so I would have to ration my medication and be in debilitating pain for several days. I’ve been a patient of Dr.Katz for like 5 years now. He is a really great doctor, very smart and empathetic. Sometimes the wait is super long and that’s never fun, but Dr.Katz is worth it. They use all paper files and it’s different but they got the system down well. The receptionist Rebecca is great she’s super helpful and very nice.
