I’ve been a patient of Dr.Katz for like 5 years now. He is a really great doctor, very smart and empathetic. Sometimes the wait is super long and that’s never fun, but Dr.Katz is worth it. They use all paper files and it’s different but they got the system down well. The receptionist Rebecca is great she’s super helpful and very nice.

I have been a patient of Dr.Katz for about 4-5 years. He is pretty caring and attentive, however he regularly gets prescriptions wrong or forgets to send them in. The phone nurse does not return calls, and will argue about your prescription when all she has to do is take 2minutes to look at your patient file. The office is all paper which is very outdated and a pain. The wait time is never under 40 minutes. The office staff for 2019-2022 did not return phone calls, but the receptionists now are good. Super weird experience. Small waiting room with about 12 chairs, completely full when I arrived. I needed to be there 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, which could have been done via email. But to find out they dont even have computers there, not a single one!! All 1980’s filing system and carbons copy paper. That screams scam to me. Payed my stupid $75 copay for United Healthcare “spec” and was in the room for 10 mins. Dr is a lovely guy, but I’m uncomfortable with my info on paper exposed to the world. Will never go to this person again. Oglffice is highly unprofessional. They charge you for an out patient hospital visit instead of specialist appointment, costing the patient far more money. The billing/insurance will never return your call or email. When you get ahold of them atthe Kansas location, they say you have to call the liberty office (which is a remote office open 1 day a week). Not to mention he said I do not have psoriasis arthritis....hmm been diagnosed or over 10 years and seen multiple specialist. All he want... read more
