Arnold's Jewelers has been an exciting and happy part of me and my husband's life for over 30 years. I cannot explain the excitement and anticipation I feel when seeing that iconic burgundy bag with the gold tissue paper on the table for every life event and holiday we have had! Benjamin Wade who runs the watch department was slimy and shady. He sold me a “vintage” gold gmt claiming it was all original. He also gave me an appraisal from the store. The watch seemed off so I took it to another very reputable Rolex store who thoroughly inspected it and told me that the links and hr hand were both to aftermarket as well as the dial.
