We are a few months into our first daughters orthodontic treatment and we have been extremely happy with the entire process. We previously had a consult at the other local place, where we paid $400+ out of pocket for scans (we were told if insurance doesn’t cover them we pay and then they apply towards the treatment plan) we had to go through 3 appointments before we realized Dr. Arnold was an option. I called because our daughter needs her wisdom teeth out AND braces. Before l could even finish explaining our situation, I was interrupted and asked questions in quick fashion by his receptionist. Before l could even finish answering, l got an "OK thank you goodbye!" and was hung up on. Stunning. The more dentists in Ashtabula I know, the more I LOVE Dr Forseberg & Doctor Sivik at Ashtabula Dental! Go see them if you want to be treated with respect!
