The staff was excellent with dealing with my 87 year old mom. Mom felt comfortable when ears were being cleaned out. Thank you Lindsey and Jessica..
Recently moved back to Canada and had the pleasure of finding Arnold hearing. Lindsay is the best and most welcoming personality you could ask for. Jesse the audiologist was just amazing. Very professional , friendly and an all around lovely person. I am delighted with my hearing aid and look forward to seeing them for many more years. A must go to if you experience hearing loss or need your ears cleaned etc. Best in business.

Great experience overall. I’ve never had an ear cleaning before; Lindsay and Jessica were both super informative and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. I feel so much better and can hear much better after having a wax removal. Highly recommend coming here as the staff are great and get good results!
I recently visited the Arnold Hearing Centre in Guelph for an ear wax removal appointment and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were so nice and welcoming. Jessica was amazing and really made everything to do with the removal a breeze. Thank you to both Lindsay and Jessica for a fantastic experience. I will definitely be back!
