I’ve been with Arnold’s in Guelph for my hearing needs for the past 7 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always professional and courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Lindsay and Sara go above and beyond to help me resolve any issues I might have or squeeze me in if I have an emergency situation. I can honestly say my quality of life is improved with the hearing aids and the personal service I receive at Arnold’s. Thank you Sara and Lindsay! 5 stars plus!!
I can't say enough about Arnold Hearing in Guelph. The staff are super friendly and Jesse explained everything in great detail. The receptionist was truly amazing and very efficient. I'd highly recommend Arnold Hearing in Guelph.
Great experience staff was caring and attentive.
I went to get an ear wax cleaning as I couldn't hear put if my left ear. They said when I booked my test that they would clean both ears even if just 1 was causing issue. They did a 30 sec test and determined the issue was fluid behind ear drum but also said both my ears were clean. There fore not doing and wax removal cleaning. I was still charged $70 for the appointment which I was fine with as that was explained before I booked.
