For Gene and Dorothy Miller, their dream was to own their own business, stop working for other people, and provide an excellent product for the general public and great service to go along with it. On August 13, 1975, the doors to Arnold Furniture first opened. The building offered only some 1600 square feet of floor space and the showroom display consisted only of 4 living room sets, 2 bedroom sets, 1 dining room and 2 dinette sets. Arnold Furniture has been serving the Allegheny-Kiski Valley for the over 38 years.

The problem with dealing with a family business is that there's at least one member who should not be involved. Shuch is the problem here. My first visit to the store was a great experience.
