I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Arnold Family Eye Care. As someone with over 15 years of experience in the medical field, I expect professionalism, communication, and proper patient care, which were not reflected here. My 17-year-old daughter and I had appointments on April 24, 2026. I scheduled my appointment before leaving the country specifically to receive contact lenses, and my daughter’s visit was a routine annual exam to confirm that her prescription had not changed. Hats off to Dr. Birsinger and her entire staff! I have never had such a complete eye exam, had tests explained to me and help with picking out frames--EVER! Thank you Dr. Birsinger and your entire staff for such a great job. I can see:):)!!!
