After being recommended here by a friend I took my 4 year old son for an eye exam 2 weeks ago. Back story, he was diagnosed with Amblyopia a year ago at Children’s. After receiving a very strong script from Children’s he refused to wear his glasses longer than a few minutes and seemed traumatized by the entire experience. After receiving a new script and his new lenses from Arnold Eye Care he hasn’t taken them off! He already seems more content and an all around a happier kid!! Dr. Riley and all the staff at AEC are amazing! They all make you feel so welcome. They are very good at explaining what each machine does and they walk you through the process every step of the way. I highly recommend them for all your eye needs!
Just walked in after I called on 12/28/19 to verify our family appointment for January. We were told 4 appointments starting at 8 on Jan 25th. Now we have been coming to this eye doctor since 2007. Same thing every year after we are done we schedule for next year. So we come in today at 8 am they tell us we have do not have an appointment. Well I get it but the lady at the front was non responsive to the problem and extremely rude. If we want to see same doctor we have to wait until feb 22nd. Nothing further offered. It was time to order new glasses. The ladies that took care of me were soo friendly and helpful. I’ve been going to Arnold EyeCare Center for over 15 years for my yearly eye examines. Everyone there is very professional, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend to anyone in need of a new eye doctor.
I've had several eye care doctors through the years, and nobody comes close to Dr. Riley and her staff. They take the time to answer all of my questions, the wait times have been very short, and they are just the sweetest people. I highly recommend them.
