Thanks for letting me know 2 days before my cleaning that you stopped accepting my insurance as of the first of the year... via text message no less! you literally had 4 months to tell me, I could have already had something else scheduled. Absolutely unacceptable.

Friendly staff. They explain the dental work they are going to be doing on you thoroughly. Charges are acceptable. Office is clean. Appointment schedule on time. Send reminder notices. Follows COVID guidelines. Would recommend Dr. Arnold to my family and friends.

A very friendly dentist and great office staff
Dr. Arnold’s practice is exceptional because his staff maintains technical proficiency combined with exceptional focus and concern on patients’ well being. Dr. Arnold is an artist when restoring crowns, my smile is fantastic thanks to him! Dr. Ronnie practices as holistic hygienist, I am healthier for having Dr. Ronnie care for my dental health.
The whole team worked with me to make me feel comfortable about the whole process. visits were quick which I liked but also informative. Scheduling a checkup was quick and got back in only after a day or two. They always went over and above with what they were required too.
