This place is an absolute joke. The office staff is completely incompetent. They can't even make sure that paperwork for procedures done by the doctors is properly filled out. Instead making the patient chase everything as they are too lazy to fix their mistakes. Absolutely will be seeking another pain management facility as this one should not be allowed to continue practicing medicine.
Dr. DeLeon is not the problem. His staff is horrible. My husband had a spinal neurostimulator implanted 2 years ago. He now resides in a nursing home. In October 2025 he was transported to Methodist Stone Oak for an other issue. The iPhone he uses to regulate the device was in a black case and disappeared. Originally we waited a few days to make sure the iPhone was truly missing from the hospital since none of us rode in the ambulance. It was possible it had been left at the nursing home. Answered all questions. Offered alternatives. Not rushed. (1) Integrates evidence based/conventional with holistic (2) functional/targeted driven treatment, and (3) stressed importance of continuing current lifestyle driven physical therapy. Very progressive/forward thinking. Efficient and welcoming staff. Received an appointment within one week of request. I feel confident in his pain management expertise; as an anesthesiologist, Dr. DeLeon is obviously well versed in all systems.
Personally, I have noticed a tremendous difference between my husband work load , and Our personal life changed drastically, newborn! Before my husband was in so much pain, at times it would take 30-45 minutes to get out of bed in the morning, due to Dr.Arnold Deleon and ,, Allysa Robbins,P.A.
