I thought Dr Arnold was a doctor that cared. I thought he spent the time to give me proper direction and was very focused on health maintenance. Great Doctor!
While he is an AMAZING doctor, who seems to genuinely care for his patients, his front office staff is lazy and inept. They are rude- all of them, miss messages, often don't take the phone off the lunch message when they arrive back, meaning you can't get anyone all afternoon, and when they do take a message, they get it WRONG. His on call person over the weekends is useless, won't prescribe or see you if you aren't currently his patient, which makes no sense. after 9 years with him, I'm done.
Dr. Arnold is respectful, patient, and trustworthy. He takes time to listen to your complaint and doesn't try to get you out right away. He calls personally to deliver test results.
