I visited Arnold Chevrolet after a not so great experience at a larger Chevrolet dealer. From the moment I walked in I knew I would be in good hands with Peter Tarantino. He had an elderly gentleman with him who was hard of hearing. Peter was so kind and sympathetic and extremely accommodating with this man. I knew I was in good hands. Even though my salesperson Ron Wood is fantastic, the service dept. is horrible. Who ever heard of a service dept only open Mon-Fri 9-5 and have to wait weeks for a loaner car. Not ideal for someone who works FT. My leased car is having major problems with the AWD. It keeps breaking. I leased this car knowing I have AWD for the bad weather. Well 2 snow storms later and I could not use this option. COMPLETELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
We always deal with Chris in the service department. He is always helpful and on top of our issues with our vehicles and concerns. My Tahoe was in for repair this time due to transmission failure and other issues with the motor and as of this time things seem to be good! I have never had any issues dealing with Arnold Chevrolet the last few times we had to be there
