Easiest car buying experience. Salesman Eric was very easy going and not pushy at all. Came in to look at a used car for my daughter, let him know what features I was looking for, and he patiently showed every car they had that fit my needs. Brought my daughter to dealership later that day and Eric patiently showed her the car we were interested in. They were upfront on the price, no nonsense with trying to add on fees or packages. A little unacceptable that you book an appointment weeks in advance only for a simple oil change to take more than 2 hours. I arrived 10 minutes before my 10AM appointment and was literally the last person to leave the dealership at 12pm. Again, I am not asking for a 10 minute oil change but other dealership service centers are far more effective with more vehicles. I am unfortunately forced to service my vehicle somewhere else. I don’t think I was asking for something unreasonable here.
Su personal de llamadas es muy pesado con los hispanos, el sujeto que me atendió me respondía pesadamente y se quejaba por mi acento y al final me corto cuando le dije que si me podía repetir el precio de las piezas que había cotizado, si no tiene paciencia se debería de cambiar de trabajo.
