I cannot say enough about Tim and Lisa. Our friends recommended them. Their knowledge of the area was fantastic and helped guide us to the perfect cabin for us. We were familar with the area but not to the depth that they have. They managed every aspect of the transaction and provided great advice to us. They handled all of the inspections and gave us great advice along the way. If you are considering a house in the Arnold area, you will not go wrong with Tim and Lisa. What a great team!
Trying to negotiate the sale of a house you’ve never seen in a state you can’t visit because the distances are too great is not a good scenario. Tim and Lisa Muetterties were the perfect facilitators during the selling of our parent’s vacation home after their passing. They were very knowledgeable of all laws and were able to convey them to us in an easy comprehendible way. The Muetterties showed sensitivity to the fact we lived a distance from the home. They helped set up local help for repairs and disposal of items needing to be removed for the sale the home. Our family is very grateful to the Muetterties. We highly recommend them!
I met Lisa and Tim about 1 1/2 yrs ago. At the time my 85 year old father was thinking of selling the property to move back to San Jose. Tim and Lisa both convinced him that it wasn't the best thing for him to do (I was very grateful) even though they lost out on a sale.
