I’ve had very mixed levels of service from this company. Scheduling has always been prompt and friendly, if a bit disorganized. Double-bookings have happened to me more than once, but they’re always handled in a friendly and understanding way. We had an error code on our geothermal, we called Arnold brothers Monday morning and they sent Ty out the same day. Ty was able to resolve the issue quickly and cost effectively. We also needed help with understanding where our Geotheemal lines were. I asked Brian for help reading the map and he came right out and walked us through where the placements were. The office ladies are always friendly and helpful also! Great customer service!

I have had consistently positive experiences with the service people who have worked on my heating and cooling units for more than 2 decades. They were highly recommended to me by a trusted carpenter and have not disappointed. There have been a couple of incidents when a less honest service provider could have taken advantage of the situation, but did not do so. Absolutely atrocious service, unprofessional,&highly rude. While on the phone discussing needing immediate service due to a temperature drop of under 60degrees at nigh for the last 3days while having 3 minors in the home;someone in the background could be heard referencing myself and my upset tone as being quote,"an asshole".
