My child was seen at this office on Tuesday. On Friday she had an infection. I asked for help. I spoke to their office twice in the afternoon at 2 PM and 4 PM. I asked for a callback from the doctor and I was told he would call me in 20 minutes both times. This never happened this poor level of customer service and care lets me know that I will never go to this office ever again. This is unacceptable!!
