I have taken 3 cars of my own to this shop to be repaired. Also, 2 other cars from people I know bc I thought highly of them. I will no longer come to this place. I had my charger fixed back in February last year. They over looked a piece that was bent/ damaged and it caused my radiator to overheat and me to pay a pretty hefty amount out of pocket to fix the damage. I came in person twice and while none of the staff was there expect a tech, I was informed they take 3 hours lunches so good luck trying to talk to them in person. So, I called and was greeted with ATTITUDE from what i’m assuming was the owner! Very loud and defensive when I was just calling to see availability…… I hear mixed reviews about their service, ordering incorrect parts or overlooking other damages for the sake of finishing fast.. pls keep that in mind when youre looking for someone to put trust in regarding your ve... read more
Arnold Automotive has always been here for me when I’m stuck in a vehicle rut! Everyone is so friendly and treat their customers like other human beings instead of a price tag. Definitely great mechanics in the back; I’ve been coming here for years and always leave with no complaints. Thank you for always being here on the fly for my family.
Arnold Automotive took great care of my 1967 Mustang when I brought it in with a list of overdue maintenance. I dropped off a leaky, overheating car and returned to every one of the issues solved, “the right way”. New rear main seal, new power steering hoses, gas tank float, brakes, lifter adjustment, coolant tank, AC recharge, and more.
