I recently visited Arnold and Shahgaldian Chiropractic for shoulder pain caused by years of weightlifting and overuse. Jason was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my pain and recommend the best treatment. He used Radial Pressure Wave Therapy, which turned out to be a game changer. It’s a great alternative to pain meds, anti-inflammatory drugs, or even surgery. It took them more than a week to verify whether my insurance was covered, even though I followed up with them repeatedly. When they finally booked me for an appointment over the phone, it was scheduled on my holiday, but I never received any confirmation via email or text. To make matters worse, when I showed up at the office, they informed me that the doctor wasn’t available and that my appointment had been scheduled for a different day. This lack of communication and organization was incredibly disappointing.
