RecommendedI've lived here about 7 years and I feel it is the best place to live in State College because of the location which gives easy access to public bus system and shops near enough to walk to, library next door, and the rooms are practically soundproof so that even though I am right down town, it is quiet, even more quiet than apartments that are further away from town on account of the thick walls.
