I've been using Web Grass for close to five years. They consistently do a great job mowing, trimming and cleaning up my rather large yard. I have two big live oaks in my front yard that drop a literal ton of leaves each year and Web Grass has routinely picked up and bagged those leaves whenever needed. It's a great service. I'm an engineer and tend to like things done correctly and Web Grass has not disappointed me yet. They charge a very fair price and it's the best money I spend every month.
We had a great experience using Web Grass. We moved into a home and asked them to upgrade our front flower beds and add trees to our backyard. They added a stone border around our beds, reshaped the front beds, added new plants and resoiled and fertilized. They planted 21 trees and staked them. The project took five plus days. I will not be recommending this company . Here is the reasons 1. 1st payment i had to call multiple times because u didn't receive my lawn payment via electronically because "Sherry" never asked me my last name , she assumed my last name was on the call Id. Which was not my last name. Word to advice never assume anything.. In customer service u ask people there last name . 2.
