Did I read some one say your Service Department actually gave a $13,000 Repair quote on a 18 year old Cadillac? Why do that unless you were trying to get the client out of that Cadillac and into one of your over priced Cadillacs? I am so Glad these reviews are out here for all to see. I will definitely by-pass Arnie Bauer Cadillac now. Did I also read where the car was repaired somewhere else for only $4800? No wonder your service center is always empty
