We have never been happy with the Noritz tankless water heater purchased from Arnett's. It takes several minutes to get hot water in the shower - not the "instant" hot water we were promised. Even after several adjustments it is still a HUGE water-waster. We noticed a leak today in the three-year-old unit (with a 10-year warranty) and Arnett's wanted $500 labor to correct the problem. If you are considering buying a Noritz tankless water heater from Arnett's, my advice is DON'T!!
