Needed a charm added to a necklace for my grandaughter's birthday. Atkins Jewelry in Marietta had been my go to...but they closed for good! Looking for a new jewelry shop, landed at a place on Cobb Parkway but they said it would be a week before they could do what I needed done, and it would be $35! I found Arnett Jewelry, walked in and not only did he do the necklace, right then and there, took mere minutes....but there was no charge! Great customer sevice...now I know where to go next time I need jewelry!

My Grandfather gave this ring to my Grandmother 60+ years ago. It needed some work to clean it up and fix some cracks in the band so I took it Randy. He is a miracle worker!!! It looks brand new!! Thanks Randy! You’re a rockstar!!!!
I just visited Arnett Jewelry today for the first time. WOW!!! I went there for a small repair on a watchband. The staff was so friendly and kind. Randy fixed my problem with NO charge.
