I have dealt with Ted recently in purchasing a lot and he went above and beyond in every step of the process, even in the steps which a realtor is not necessarily involved, he was on top of it. We were suppose to see a space but thirty minutes before meet time they tell me owner isn't interested in leasing the space. They had more then enough time to find out that information and it was very unprofessional
