If your looking for an apartment really look elsewhere. I really don’t recommend homestead apartments. We have been living here for 7 years . It’s crazy staying in one place for a while but we actually liked it at one point. Till recently, first it started with cockroaches, we have had two fumigations with the apartment and two on our own . And nothing worked or has worked since they keep coming. The way Jim Jones, Eboney Bryant & Amanda Bourret do business and handle business matters should be extremely concerning for anyone thinking about renting from an Arnel property. Pheasant ridge apartments turnover rate for office staff speaks for itself. They have not been able to keep employees in their office for more than 6 months, which causes huge differences because nobody knows what they’re doing.
