I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Cape Apartments in Costa Mesa. Here are several reasons why I strongly advise against living here: 1. **Roach Infestation**: The roach problem in the apartments is unbearable. Despite numerous complaints, management failed to address this serious health concern effectively. 2. **Parking Issues**: We were forced to pay for a parking service that was never enforced. Worst customer service ever, I’ve called multiple times and they don’t call back. I’ve mailed physical letters and still no reply! Do not give them any business.
