These people are crazy at The Homestead. You complaint about something and get ready to get a violation notice accusing you of having unauthorized dogs, even they knowing you are moving in with your dog/s. If you wet through something like this message me.

Typical greedy Orange County Southern California corporation. The apartments they manage don't furnish refrigerators. They raise your rent by hundreds by the time you need to resign and a one bedroom at calesapna goes for $2,300 plus utilities they make you pay for everything. Better off if you find a company that's managed from out of state because they're so greedy around here..Arnel sucks.

Hi, My Mother asked me to post this on her behalf because she is 91 years old and doesn't really have the internet understanding to do this on her own. In her words: "I so miss seeing Casey Phu on my daily walks around here at our Wimbledon Glen complex. She too would be walking around just checking on everything, we'd catch up with each other if it was the same day. We'd stop and have a little chit-chat about life then we would go our separate ways. I co-signed on an apartment lease here, and my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The management’s handling of issues was unprofessional and dismissive. Throughout my time dealing with the office, any time I asked for assistance, the managers repeatedly said, “my hands are tied” or directed me to contact the corporate office.
